We have the cabability to manufacture many types of laminated panels, including but not limited to-

Many products lend themselves well to laminating, generally the main criteria that must be met are that the substrate, and\or the laminate be porous and able to accept moisture from the waterbased PVA that is used on the line. The line has a capacity of sizes up to 61" x 145" (wxl).

Beyond applying decorative coverings we are able to manufacture panels of varying thicknesses, such as combining two sheets of .75 MDF to produce a countertop 1.5 inches thick.  Many combinations can be used to produce practically any panel please contact a salesperson for advice on your specific needs.

An overview of the production process

Substrate is fed into panel cleaner where any debris and loose fiber is removed before application of adhesive.

Substrate is coated with adhesive before entering "indexing" table.

Laminate is indexed to the substrate after glue application, a book of up to 30" in height is assembled before pressing.

Pressure is applied by a 250 ton hydraulic press, panels remain in press until adhesive has cured.

Once adhesive has cured the book of panels is removed from the press and packaged for shipment, or sent to the saw for cutting.
